After you create a payment account, you'll receive an activation email from our payment processor, Digitzs <merchantsupport@digitzs.com>, with the subject:

"Please activate your Digitzs IQ merchant dashboard [ACTION REQUIRED]"

  • The email will have your login and password
  • You can log in for the back-end payment processing dashboard to see pending payments and deposits

You do not have to activate your Digitzs account via this email.

You can access your payment accounts directly from RentRedi's dashboard using the magic link next to your payment account to access or login to your payment accounts. 😊

We automatically record the payment in RentRedi when the tenant initiates it, so you don't have to use the Digitzs dashboard; it's just a little extra in-depth information if you're ever curious to see it.
