After you create a payment account, you'll receive an email from merchantsupport@digitzs.com with the subject:

"Please activate your Digitzs IQ merchant dashboard [ACTION REQUIRED]"

  • The email will have your login and password
  • You can log in for the back-end payment processing dashboard to see pending payments and deposits

We automatically record the payment in RentRedi when the tenant initiates it, so you don't have to use that dashboard at all -- it's just a little extra in-depth information if you're ever curious to see it 😊
