How to Reactivate Your REI Hub Portfolio After a Failed Renewal

Did your REI Hub subscription fail to renew? Don’t worry! You can quickly get back on track with these simple steps.

Phase 1: Update Your Payment Method in RentRedi

  1. From your RentRedi Dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Account Settings, find the Payment Method section.

  4. Click Edit Payment.

  5. Enter your new payment information.

  6. Click Save

Your payment method is now updated. ✅

Phase 2: Reactivate REI Hub

Reactivating your portfolio is easy—you just follow the same sign-up flow as when you first activated REI Hub:

  1. From your RentRedi Dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle.

  2. Click Payments, then select REI Hub.

  3. Under the Sign Up tab, click Get Started.

  4. Your accounting plan will be automatically selected based on the number of units you manage. Click Get Started under your assigned plan.

  5. A pop-up will appear to review your purchase. Click Complete Purchase to activate your new accounting plan.

Done! 🎉 Your portfolio is now reactivated. You can continue logging in and managing your rental property accounting!
