International Landlord, Canadian info, Canadian citizen who owns property in US, ITIN, Expatriate

Written by Crystal Abing

Currently, RentRedi is only based in the United States (US).

However, if you're an International citizen who owns property in the U.S., you can still use RentRedi to manage your rentals—as long as you have the following:

✅ Requirements for International Landlords:

  1. 🏢 U.S.-Based Rental Entity
Your rental business must be registered as a U.S. entity (such as an LLC or corporation).

  2. 🧾 International Taxation Identification Number (ITIN)
You'll need an ITIN to create a payment account to process transactions. We require ID verification, and you will be able to use government-issued identification to complete the required identity verification sections.

🌍 Manage Your U.S. Properties Remotely

Once these two conditions are met, you’ll be able to use RentRedi to manage your U.S. properties from Canada or anywhere in the world—all from your phone or computer! 📱💼
