Need to save a copy of an applicant's screening report?
No worries! You can quickly download individual reports or all available screening reports directly from the application.
Download a Screening Report: 👇
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Expand Sidebar (») button in the upper-left corner.
Click Leasing, then select Applications.
Open the application for the applicant whose screening report you want to download.
Select the Screening tab.
Open the report you would like to view (Credit, Criminal, Eviction, and, if included, Income or Asset reports).
Choose one of the following options:
Download All – Downloads all available screening reports for the applicant.
Download – Downloads only the report you currently have open.
That's it! ✅ The report(s) will be saved to your device for your records.
Important note:⚠️
Screening data provided by TransUnion is available for 30 days from the date the screening is completed.
We recommend downloading and saving any reports you may need as soon as possible. Once the 30-day access period expires, the screening data can no longer be viewed or downloaded, and the applicant would need to purchase a new screening report to make the information available again.
