How to Update Your Payment Account Connections

Want to update the bank account connected to your property?

No worries โ€” just follow the steps below! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Steps: ๐Ÿ‘‡

  1. Go to your Payment Accounts dashboard: app.rentredi.com/paymentAccounts

  2. Under Payment Account Connections, youโ€™ll see each of your properties listed with two connection types:

    • Primary โ€“ This account receives all payments for rent, late fees, repairs, utilities, and any non-security deposit charges.

    • Security Deposit (optional) โ€“ This account receives payments for charges booked specifically as Tenant Security Deposits Held.

  3. Use the dropdown menus for each property to choose your preferred Primary and (optional) Security Deposit account.

Tip๐Ÿ’ก:

  • Donโ€™t see the payment account you want?

    • Click + Add New to add a new payment account.

  • Not sure which account to connect?

    • You can choose Skip Connection for the property.
      โ€‹Note: Selecting this option will skip this property for payment collection.
