Here's how: 👇
Log in to RentRedi's Tenant Web Portal at tenant.rentredi.com.
Click the Chat icon from the top menu.
Click New Chat on the right-hand side
Send To: Defaults to your landlord; if you are linked to multiple units, type in your address and click it from the selection
Title: A default title is set for the chat; can be customized if needed!
Message: Enter the chat message you want to send
Click Send Message
