RentRedi gives you flexibility and control over how quickly your funds are deposited. Whether you prefer faster access to your money or added protection against tenant ACH returns, you can choose the funding timeline that works best for you.

🏦 Faster Funding Time

By default, RentRedi provides quicker deposit times:

  • ACH payments made before 2 PM EST are withdrawn the same day.

  • Payments made after 2 PM EST are withdrawn the next business morning.

  • Funds are typically deposited within 2–3 business days after the tenant initiates payment.

Example: If a tenant pays on Monday before 2 PM EST, you’ll usually receive the funds by Wednesday.

πŸ›‘οΈ Optional: Extended Funding Time for More Security

If you'd like an extra buffer to reduce the risk of withdrawals from your account due to failed tenant payments (such as ACH returns for insufficient funds), you can opt for a longer deposit window.

Why choose extended funding time?

  • ACH returns can take several days to be reported.

  • A longer funding window gives more time to catch these returns before the funds are deposited.

  • This minimizes the risk of reversals from your bank account after funds have already been received.
