Find quick answers to common questions about RentRedi payments, including processing times, fees, payment methods, and deposits.
Payment Processing Time:
Payments are typically deposited into the landlord’s account within 2–3 business days.
How to View Payments:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar toggle to expand the left menu.
Click Payments, then select Rent.
Toggle to the Paid in last 30 days tab.
You’ll see the Deposit Tracking page, where you can view all deposits sent to your bank.
On Deposits Made, you will see:
Transfer Amount → shows the total of the batched payments or deposit amount
Payment(s) Linked → lists the individual tenant payments included in that batch
Deposit To → shows which bank account the funds were sent to
Clicking on an individual payment views the specific charge details.
Clicking on a Transfer Amount views the itemized list of payments included in a deposit
Find a Payment Record:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.
Select the unit where you want to find a payment.
In the Units page, click the Charges.
You’ll then see all the charges available for the unit.
Click on a Paid Charge to view full payment details:
Amount Paid
Status
Paid by (Tenant who made the payment & their payment method)
Received by (Estimated time to process and deposit to your account)
Balance Remaining
Find Pending Payments:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar toggle to expand the left menu.
Click Payments, then select Rent.
Toggle to the Paid in last 30 days tab.
Click the Recent (Pending) Payments tab.
How to Export Payments:
From your RentRedi Dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle to expand the left menu.
Click Payments, then select Export Charges.
Select an export type: Spreadsheets, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop/Pro, or QuickBooks Enterprise.
Select the company or payment account to export charges and payments for.
Set a start and end date.
Click Export.
Important Note: The QuickBooks export works with QuickBooks Online or Desktop/Pro 2018 or older. Versions 2019 and 2020 Desktop/Pro do not import properly.
Find and Export a Rent Roll:
From your RentRedi dashboard, type Rent Roll in the search bar.
Select the first item in the result.
You'll then see your Rent Roll for your properties & units.
Click Export.
Select an export type:
CSV (Excel)
PDF
Find and Export a Tenant Ledger:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click Renters.
Select the tenant for whom you want to download the ledger.
In the Tenant Card Profile, click Charges.
In the Charges page, click More ▼.
Select one of the following options:
Download Tenant Ledger PDF to download a PDF version of the ledger.
Export Ledger to export the ledger as an Excel spreadsheet (CSV).
Tip 💡Before downloading or exporting, you can customize the ledger by:
Setting a specific date range
Check the following boxes for:
Only show charges for current lease
Show all charges
Show only rent charges
