Want to accept bank account payments only? You can update your payment settings so tenants can pay by ACH (bank account) and cannot use a credit or debit card.
With ACH-only payments, tenants are charged a $1.00 convenience fee per payment.
How to Set ACH-Only Payments
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name at the top right.
Select Settings.
Go to Feature Settings ➜ Payment Types.
Click Edit Payment Types.
Select ACH Only.
Click Save Changes.
That's it! Your tenants can now only make payments using their bank account. 🎉
Good to Know
Credit and debit card payments will no longer be available to your tenants.
ACH payments have a $1.00 convenience fee per transaction.
You can change your payment settings back at any time.
