You can limit payment options to ACH (Automated Clearing House) only, which means tenants can pay their rent only from their bank accounts and cannot use credit or debit cards.

From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name at the upper right.
Click Settings.
Toggle to the Feature Settings tab.
Under Payment Types, click Edit Payment Types.
Select ACH Only.
Click on Save Changes.
