If you've recently migrated from eRentPayments to RentRedi but your tenant's payment methods weren't eligible for auto-migration, we can help get the ball rolling.
Tenants, please follow these steps to add your payment method to the system securely:
On your RentRedi app, tap Rent
From here you'll see all the charges assigned to you
Tap the menu icon ☰ in the upper right corner
Tap View Payment Methods
Tap New Bank Account or New Credit/ Debit Card
For a New Credit/ Debit Card enter your card information and you're set!
For a New Bank Account follow the prompts from Plaid
Done! You're set to make payments in RentRedi
Please Note: ACH payments have a $1 processing fee and Debit Card and Credit Card payments have a 3.1% + $0.30 processing fee. These fees go directly to the payment processor.
