From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name at the upper right.
Click Settings.
Toggle to the Feature Settings tab.
Under the Convenience Fees section, click Edit Fee Rules.
Select Charge Me for the ACH Convenience Fees or Card Convenience Fees you'd like to cover on behalf of the tenants.
Click Save Changes.
