All convenience fees are charged to the tenant by default.
🏦 ACH / Bank Account Payments (Recommended)
Tenants are charged $1.00 per ACH, bank transfer, or eCheck transaction.
💳 Card Payments
Tenants are charged 3.1% + $0.30 per transaction for all U.S. card payments.
Note: Debit cards are processed the same as credit cards and are subject to the same fee structure.
Want to Accept ACH Payments Only?
You can disable card payments and accept ACH-only payments instead.

You can also adjust your Convenience Fees settings if you'd prefer to cover either the ACH or card processing fees on behalf of your tenants.
