RentRedi lets you enter the amount you want to pay instead of the full charge, as long as your landlord has enabled partial payments for your account. 😊

Follow the steps below to make a partial payment using the RentRedi app or web portal. 👇
Make a Partial Payment with the Mobile App
Open the RentRedi app and tap Rent.
Tap the charge you’d like to pay (e.g., Rent).
Tap the amount, delete it, and enter the new partial amount you want to pay.
Select your preferred payment method:
• New Bank Account — $1 convenience fee
• New Credit/Debit Card — 3.1% + $0.30 convenience feeEnter your payment details.
Tap Pay to submit your payment.
Make a Partial Payment with the Web Portal
Sign in at tenant.rentredi.com.
Go to Payments → Payments Due.
Click Pay Now on a charge you want to pay.
Under Subtotal, delete the amount and enter the partial amount you want to pay.
Select your preferred payment method:
• New Bank Account — $1 convenience fee
• New Credit/Debit Card — 3.1% + $0.30 convenience feeEnter your payment details.
Click Make Payment to submit your payment.
Can't Make a Partial Payment?
If you receive an error saying partial payments aren't allowed, your landlord may not have enabled this feature for your account. Contact your landlord through RentRedi to ask if they can enable partial payments.
