From the https://tenant.rentredi.com/ online portal, click Make Payment
Enter in your payment information, if you have not already done so
On the right hand side, enter in the subtotal
Instead of making a payment with the full amount, enter the amount you would like to pay
You will see the convenience fee (if any) below before your new total
Click Make Payment
