If you’re a landlord, property manager, or property owner but are seeing tenant features like paying rent or submitting maintenance requests, you may simply be viewing your account in Tenant View.
You can switch back to Landlord View without deleting your account or creating a new one. Follow the steps below to access your landlord dashboard! 😄
RentRedi App📱
Open the RentRedi app and go to Settings.
Tap Switch to Landlord App.
You’re now back in Landlord View and can manage your rentals.
Done! ✅
Access Your Landlord Account on a Computer 💻
If you are on a computer or desktop view and signed in through the Tenant Web Portal, there's still no need to delete or update your account!
Simply open the landlord web app for RentRedi at app.rentredi.com and sign in with the same account credentials.
Note: You can use the same RentRedi account for both Tenant View and Landlord View. The features you see depend on which view you’re currently using. There’s no need to delete your account or create a separate one.
