Want to delete your RentRedi tenant account? No problem!
You can do this directly from the RentRedi app or Tenant Web Portal.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account information, and the account cannot be recovered or reactivated.
Before You Delete Your Account
If you also use RentRedi as a landlord or property manager using the same email and password, deleting your tenant account will delete that account as well.
Note: If you’re currently viewing the RentRedi app as a landlord but need to access your tenant account, you don’t need to delete your account! Simply switch your account view to access your tenant account.
Make sure you’re certain you want to delete your account before continuing.
From the RentRedi App 📱
Log in to the RentRedi app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
From the Tenant Web Portal 💻
Sign in to your account at tenant.rentredi.com.
Click your email at the top right corner.
Click Delete Account.
What happens next?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to confirm the account deletion.
The confirmation link expires after 1 hour, so be sure to use it within that timeframe.
After clicking the link, a new tab will open with a success message confirming that your account has been deleted.
⚠️ Reminder: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered or reactivated.
