Important Notes
Tenant-Paid & Non-Refundable: Tenant screening is provided by a third-party service and cannot be refunded once submitted, even if your application is denied. Duplicate screenings for the same property may be excluded.
Screening Fee: $39.99 for standard credit, criminal, and eviction checks via TransUnion. If the landlord requests Income & Asset Verification, an additional $10 applies, for a total of $49.99.
Not seeing the screening request, or didn’t receive the email invite?
The landlord manages rental applications and decides which prospective tenants need screening. Contact them directly to confirm whether screening is required.
To avoid accidentally paying for the screening, confirm with your landlord before submitting payment. Use the contact information from your email or the rental listing.
