Want to permanently delete your RentRedi account? Follow the guide below!
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account information, and the account cannot be recovered or reactivated.
Before You Delete Your Account
If you also use RentRedi as a tenant with the same email address and password, deleting your landlord account will delete your tenant account as well.
Note: If you’re currently viewing the RentRedi app as a tenant but need to access your landlord account, you don’t need to delete your account! Simply switch your account view to access your landlord account.
Make sure you’re certain you want to delete your account before continuing.
Unsure About Deleting Your Account?
If you don't want to use RentRedi right now, unsubscribing may be a better option.
Unsubscribing allows you to keep your account and data in case you decide to use RentRedi again in the future. Unlike account deletion, unsubscribing is not permanent.

Deleting Your Account
If you are not already logged into the RentRedi app, you will need to log in with your email address and password
In the pop-up that appears, enter the email and password associated with your account to verify your account access
Click "Delete Account"
An account deletion request email is sent to your inbox with a button to confirm you want to delete your account
Account deletion requests will expire in 1 hour
If you click the button to confirm account deletion, a new tab will open and show the success message that indicates your account was successfully deleted
