To remove duplicate properties from the Payment Accounts page, you will need to delete the duplicate property directly from RentRedi. Once the duplicate property is removed, it will automatically be removed from the Payment Account Connection list.

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.

  2. On the Properties & Units page, select Properties Only on the right-hand side.

  3. Review your full properties list.

  4. Identify the duplicate by comparing entries:

    1. Keep the property that has active units, tenants, or leases.

    2. Delete the property that has no units, tenants, leases, or any activity.

  5. In the duplicate property, click the three-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) on the right-hand side.

  6. Select Delete Property.

Important Note:
Deleting a property is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data, including applications, tenant records, payments, charges, maintenance requests, and other related information, will be permanently deleted. Ensure all units and tenants are removed before deleting the property.
