⚠️Things to consider before deleting a property: ⚠️
All tenants and units must be removed first from the property before it can be deleted.
All data for the property will be permanently deleted (including all nested data such as applications, prequalifications, tenant records, maintenance requests, payments, charges, etc.)
Once the property is deleted, the action is final and cannot be recovered or reversed.
You can choose to archive a property if you don't want to permanently delete it.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to delete your property.
How to delete a property: 👇
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.
On the Properties & Units page, select Properties Only on the right-hand side.
You'll then see all your Properties. Click the property that you want to delete.
In the Property Details page, click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side.
Select Delete Property.
In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete to proceed (or Cancel to go back).
Done! ✅
