Need to unlink a tenant from a unit? No problem!
Whether the tenant has moved out or you need to remove them from the unit for another reason, RentRedi gives you a few simple ways to do it.
Unlink a Tenant from the Tenants Page
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Renters tab.
Select the tenant you want to unlink.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the right side of the tenant's profile.
Click Unlink Tenant.
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
⚠️ Note: The tenant will receive a notification once they are unlinked.Click Unlink to confirm.
Unlink a Tenant from the Unit Details Page
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.
Select the unit where the tenant is currently assigned.
Under the Tenants section, click the “X” next to the tenant you want to unlink.
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
⚠️ Note: The tenant will receive a notification once they are unlinked.Click Unlink to confirm.
Note:
Unlinking a tenant does not delete their charges or payment history. These records remain available in your account for reference.
You can find them by going to:
Properties → Units → Charges
Tenants → Prior Tenants → Charges
These sections allow you to review all charges and payment history previously associated with the tenant. ✅
