No worries! This guide will help you identify and remove duplicates to keep your account organized and accurate.
Follow these steps to delete a duplicate property!
Steps to delete a duplicate property:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Properties tab.
On the Properties & Units page, select Properties Only on the right-hand side.
Review your full properties list.
Identify the duplicate by comparing entries:
In the duplicate property, click the three-dot menu (โฎ) on the right-hand side.
Select Delete Property.
Done! โ
Important Note:
Deleting a property is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data, including applications, tenant records, payments, charges, maintenance requests, and other related information, will be permanently deleted. Ensure all units and tenants are removed before deleting the property.
