Want to make scheduling property viewings smarter and easier?

This guide will show you how to set up your calendar so prospective tenants can easily pick a time that works for both of you—no back-and-forth required! 🎉

How It Works

  1. Set up a Calendly account

  2. Add your Calendly scheduling link to your Prequalification or Application

  3. Send invites and meet only with prospects you approve

Step 1: Set Up a Calendly Account

Calendly allows you to let prospective tenants book appointments based on your availability.

  1. Sign up for a Calendly account at: https://calendly.com/signup

    • Tip: Use the same email address you use for RentRedi so scheduled events automatically appear on your RentRedi dashboard.

  2. After signing up, create your scheduling link.

    • Select "On My Own" for the free option

    • And select Schedule Meetings

  3. Choose your role when prompted.

  4. Connect your Google Calendar by clicking Connect and signing in.

    • Be sure to use the same Google Calendar that’s linked to your RentRedi account.

  5. Set your availability so tenants can only book times that work for you.

  6. Choose your meeting location:

    • Select In-person and enter the property address where the viewing will take place.

  7. Share Your Calendly Link

    • Once setup is complete, copy your Calendly scheduling link.

Step 2: Add your Calendly scheduling link to your Prequalification or Application

  1. Click on a Prequalification or Application

  2. Click Accept ~ (Don't worry, we're only going to edit the Acceptance Message template to attach your link!)

  3. In the Message box, highlight "Click Here to Schedule Viewing"

  4. Then click the hyperlink (🔗) button

  5. A prompt on your screen will appear, paste your Calendly Scheduling link there, and click Ok

  6. Back on the Message box, click ...More, then click Save Template

Your template is ready! 🎉 Now, whenever you approve a prequalification or application, prospective tenants can easily schedule a meeting with you—saving you time and cutting down on all that back-and-forth with scheduling! 😄

Step 3: Send invites and meet only with prospects you approve

Get prospects started by sending them invites to prequalify or apply for your unit!
