We've added a new Performance tab with a Portfolio Performance view that gives you a rolled-up snapshot of key metrics across all your properties:

- Net Operating Income
- Cash Flow
- Cash on Cash Return
- Estimated Equity

The new Property Breakdown section displays these metrics per property with month-over-month comparisons, so you can quickly spot where you're trending up or down. Your data updates automatically:

Income is pulled from your recorded rent payments.

Expenses are pulled from your Accounting records.

If you're missing data, use the Portfolio Coverage quick action to fill in mortgage, equity, and cash invested by property.

2. Click Performance.

3. Find the property with missing information.
4. Click Add Missing Items.

5. Enter any missing mortgage, equity, or cash invested details for the property.

Once completed, your portfolio metrics will update accordingly. ✅
