Once you've created a portfolio, you can filter your RentRedi account to view only the properties in that portfolio. This makes it easier to focus on a specific LLC, owner, market, or any custom property grouping you've created.
How to Filter by Portfolio
Click your account name in the upper-right corner of your RentRedi dashboard.
Under Portfolio Filter, select one or more portfolios.
RentRedi will immediately update to show only the properties in the selected portfolio(s).
The filter applies across: ✅
Properties
Rent
Maintenance
Tenants/Renters
Accounting
A banner at the top of the page will let you know that you're currently filtering by portfolio. (sample)
Note: To remove the filter and return to your full portfolio, click Show all properties from the banner at the top of the page.
