Portfolios let you organize your properties into groups that make sense for your business, such as by LLC, owner, state, market, or property manager.

Once you've created a portfolio, you can quickly filter your entire RentRedi account to display only the properties within that portfolio, making it easier to manage large or diverse portfolios. 🎉

What Are Portfolios?

Portfolios allow you to group properties together and filter your RentRedi account based on those groups. For example, you can organize properties by:

  • LLC

  • Property owner

  • State or market

  • Property manager

  • Any custom grouping that fits your business

Once selected, the portfolio filter updates your view across RentRedi, helping you focus only on the properties you want to manage.

What's New?

With Portfolios, you can:

  • Create and manage portfolios from Properties & Units > Portfolios

  • Group properties into custom portfolios

  • Filter your entire RentRedi account by one or multiple portfolios

  • View combined data across multiple selected portfolios

  • Return to your full portfolio anytime by selecting Show all properties

If you don't need portfolios, no action is required. Your RentRedi experience will continue working exactly as before.

Who Can Use Portfolios?

Portfolios are available to:

  • Account Owners ✅

  • Teammates with Global Access

Teammates with Scoped (Limited) Access won't have access to Portfolios and will instead see a Request Access message.

  1. From your RentRedi dashboard, go to Properties & Units > Portfolios.

  2. Click + New Portfolio.

  3. Enter a name for your portfolio.

  4. Select the properties you'd like to include.
