Edit access to contact on file
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name in the upper-right corner.
Select Team Members from the dropdown.
Directs you to settings, your team; click no access box to filter, click on CONTACT team member's row
On their Contract Details profile, find System access at the bottom of the Vendor details card, click Set Up Access.
Email is optional for a contact-only vendor but required once you're granting access, since that's where the invite goes.
Click Next and set their access rules the same way for all team members.
On the Review step, click Add Team Member.
The vendor is emailed an invite and a copy goes to you, so you can confirm it reached the right person.
Their profile now shows Has access with Update Access and Remove Access buttons, and an access grid appears listing what they can reach on each property.
Note: A vendor can't be set as a maintenance contact until they accept their invite.
If you do grant access, build the narrowest rule that lets them do their job.
i.e. a vendor who only handles repairs typically needs one rule: Can view & edit → Maintenance → for the specific properties they service.
Set Tasks to can't view unless they genuinely need your task list.
Use Add Rule if a vendor covers different modules on different properties.
Leaving a module out of a rule is how you deny it. There's no "can't view" option inside an access rule itself, only view & edit and only view.
