After you invite a tenant to apply, they will fill out their application and upload their documents through the RentRedi app.

We provide a list of documentation (below) a tenant can provide to ensure landlords have a comprehensive selection of employment and financial documents to verify the tenant's information.

  1. Employment letter

  2. Most recent paystub

  3. Prior paystub

  4. Most recent bank statement

  5. Prior bank statement

  6. Most recent W-2

  7. Most recent tax return

  8. Prior tax return

  9. Photo ID

Not all of these sections are required for the tenant to submit the application if you do not require them. You can let your tenant know which documents they do or don't have to upload.ย

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: When you accept a prequalification, you can modify the acceptance email that is sent to the tenant. In the message:

  1. Click the 3 dots icon and indicate what documentation you require

  2. Or add any special requests for the tenant.

  3. This message will be saved as a default for future email
