Want to take over a maintenance request from Latchel? No problem!
Follow the instructions below!
From your RentRedi dashboard, select the maintenance request from your maintenance section. (Or, open your Maintenance dashboard to select it from there.)
Click "Show Advanced"
Click "Take Over"
Done! You can now manually manage the maintenance request! 🎉
If the "Take Over" button is not available, this means the request cannot be taken over at this time. To manually take over the request:
