Enabling Latchel does NOT retroactively push all old maintenance requests to Latchel. Only newly submitted maintenance requests will be handled by Latchel AFTER you subscribe to their service.

However, if you want old or previously submitted maintenance requests to be sent to Latchel, follow the steps below!

  1. Close the maintenance request from your end (Open the maintenance request in RentRedi and click "Mark as Complete")

  2. Have the tenant re-submit a new maintenance request!

Now the maintenance request will be pushed to Latchel! 🎉
