RentRedi allows you to enable Latchel (maintenance coordination) where our partner will find the vendor, schedule the tenant, and mark the maintenance request complete without you needing to do anything. This is optional and an additional fee. You can add and amount of properties you'd like by clicking the Burger Menu > Maintenance > "Add Maintenance Coordination". Plus, your first month of it is free!
