Need to delete a maintenance request? Follow the instructions below!
From your RentRedi dashboard, click into the Maintenance section
Click the maintenance request you'd like to delete
On the righthand side menu, there will be the option to delete
Click "Delete"
When the popup appears asking you to confirm the deletion, click "Yes, delete"
Deleting the maintenance request will make it not show up in the Pending or Completed tabs for Maintenance, but will still be accessible to tenants for their reference
Done!
NOTE: If the maintenance request is being handled by Latchel, you will first need to take over the maintenance request from Latchel (to make sure Latchel doesn’t still fulfill the job) and then you can delete it following the steps above.
