Want to update the status of a maintenance request in RentRedi?
No worries! Follow the steps below! 👇
On your RentRedi dashboard, click on the maintenance request you want to update
Under Status, select the status that you want to update to
Click "Save Changes"
Done! 🎉
Note:
When the status of a maintenance request is updated, tenants are sent a push notification. If you need to inform the tenant of additional updates (i.e., "Maintenance coming on Tuesday, 12pm"), you can send the tenant a push notification!
