Want to assign maintenance requests to teammates, or maintenance personnel?
Follow the steps below: 👇
On your RentRedi dashboard, click the maintenance tab
Select the maintenance request that you want to assign to a teammate
Under Assign To, click the dropdown
Select your preferred teammate
Click Save Changes
Done! 🎉
