Want to stop your tenants from submitting maintenance requests? No problem!
You can easily turn the Maintenance feature off from your RentRedi settings.
Disable Maintenance
From your RentRedi dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings → Feature Settings.
Under Maintenance, toggle the Maintenance button off.
Done! ✅ Maintenance requests will be disabled for your tenants.
Turn Maintenance Back On
If you want to allow tenants to submit maintenance requests again, simply toggle the Maintenance button back on, and your tenants will be able to submit maintenance requests in RentRedi.
