Looking for a maintenance request you submitted? No problem!

You can easily view your requests and their details from the RentRedi app or Tenant Web Portal. 🎉

RentRedi App

  1. Log in to the RentRedi app.

  2. Tap Repair.

  3. From here, you can view your maintenance requests, including:

    • Title

    • Status

    • Category

    • Date Submitted

RentRedi Web Portal

  1. Go to Maintenance.

  2. You'll find your maintenance request details, including:

    • Title

    • Status

    • Category

    • Date Submitted

    • Attachments, such as photos or videos submitted with the request

Note: Clicking a maintenance request starts a chat linked to that request. Everyone with access to the request, including the landlord, tenants, and teammates, can view and reply to the conversation.

Viewing Requests for Multiple Units

If you're connected to more than one unit, select the address to switch between units and view their maintenance requests.

If your unit isn't showing, you can view past maintenance requests using this link.

Contact Your Landlord

You can use the chat feature within a maintenance request to message your landlord, share updates, or ask about the request.

Note: You must still be connected to the unit to use the chat feature and contact your landlord through the maintenance request.

Don't See a Past Maintenance Request?

If you can see your unit but a previous maintenance request isn't showing, the request may have been deleted. Contact your landlord directly to ask if they can provide a copy of the request.
