Communicate with tenants: Depending on the provider, maintenance-related communication and scheduling can be handled on the landlord’s behalf.
Access maintenance support: Providers offer different services and workflows to help landlords manage repair requests without handling every step themselves.
With Maintenance Coordination, the selected provider helps handle the maintenance process, reducing the time and effort landlords spend coordinating repairs. Service details, fees, and workflows vary between Lessen and Latchel.
