Locate the maintenance request and click on it

Choose the tenant(s) you’d like to message

Edit the title if you’d like — using the maintenance request name can help keep things clear!

Type your message with the update or info you’d like to share

1. On your RentRedi Dashboard, click the Maintenance tab

3. Click the Chat tab

4. Choose the tenant(s) you’d like to message
5. Edit the title if you’d like — using the maintenance request name can help keep things clear!
6. Type your message with the update or info you’d like to share
7. Click Send

 That’s it — your tenant will be notified! 🎉
