💬 Follow the steps to message your tenant:
On your RentRedi Dashboard, click the "Send" icon under the Communication tab
From the dropdown, select “Send Chat”
Choose the tenant(s) you’d like to message
Edit the title if you’d like — using the maintenance request name can help keep things clear!
Type your message with the update or info you’d like to share
Click Send
That’s it — your tenant will be notified! 🎉
🔔When they respond, you’ll receive an in-app notification and an email!
