Send a Chat Message
Follow these easy steps to start chatting with your tenants: 👇
From your RentRedi Dashboard, click Send in the Communication tab.
Click Send Chat.
Under Send To: Search for the tenant, property, or unit you want to message.
Title: A default title is provided — you can customize it if you’d like!
Message: Type the message you want to send
Your Name: Automatically pulls from your account — click Edit if you want to change it.
Click Send Message
Done! ✅
View Message History
All your messages are stored in their conversation thread, making it easy to review previous communications and keep track of ongoing discussions.
Attachments and Files
If you want to send an attachment or files, simply open your conversation and click the paperclip icon 📎, then select the file from your device.
Note: You can upload images/photos, PDF files, and Microsoft Word documents (.doc and .docx).
