Auto-tenant screening is automatically enabled for applications when you create a property in RentRedi, but you can disable it if you prefer. β
Important note: When auto-tenant screening is disabled, applicants will not be prompted to pay for or complete a screening/background check when they submit their application. You can still manually request a screening after reviewing the application.
To disable auto-tenant screening: π
On your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle.
Click Leasing, select Screening Rules.
βClick the property/unit where you want to disable auto-tenant screening.
In the Auto-Tenant Screening is Enabled section, click Yes, Disable.
Done! πAuto-tenant screening is now disabled for that property/unit!
Want to re-enable auto-tenant screening?
Simply select the property or unit and click Yes, enable!
