Do you have auto-tenant screening turned off for your property and want to screen a potential tenant?

No worries! You can still easily request a screening from a prospective tenant directly from their application.

Follow the steps below to send a screening request: 👇

From your <a href="https://app.rentredi.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">RentRedi dashboard</a>, click Applications.

Select the application for the prospect you would like to screen.

Optional: The screening request includes Income &amp; Asset Verification for an additional $10. If you do not want the prospect to complete this verification, simply uncheck the option.

Click Request Background Check to confirm.

1. From your <a href="https://app.rentredi.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">RentRedi dashboard</a>, click Applications.
2. Select the application for the prospect you would like to screen.
3. Click Screening.
4. Click Request Screening.

5. Review the screening request details.

6. Optional: The screening request includes Income &amp; Asset Verification for an additional $10. If you do not want the prospect to complete this verification, simply uncheck the option.
7. Click Request Background Check to confirm.

Done! ✅ The prospect will receive an email notification to complete their screening in RentRedi.

Once the screening request has been sent, you can track its progress directly from the applicant's Screening tab. As the applicant completes the screening, the status will update accordingly.
