Automatic tenant income and asset verification provides a deeper review of each applicant’s financial stability. Tenants pay a total of $49.99, which includes a TransUnion background check ($39.99) and a Plaid-certified income and asset verification ($10.00).
With each report, you’ll receive credit, criminal, and eviction reports, along with income verification for the applicant.
If you prefer not to include income and asset verification, you can disable this feature by following the steps below!
Here's how to disable it: 👇
On your RentRedi dashboard, click the Sidebar Toggle.
Click Leasing.
Click Screening Rules.
Click the property/unit where you want to update.
In the Income & Asset Verification Enabled section, click Yes, Disable.
Done! 🎉Income & asset verification is now disabled for that property/unit!
