From your RentRedi dashboard, click the Expand sidebar (») button.
Click Leasing, then select Screening Rules.

A: Yes. Landlords can disable income & asset verification for a unit at any time. When disabled, applicants pay the standard $39.99 tenant screening fee, which includes the credit, criminal, and eviction reports only.
