When a maintenance request is submitted, landlords receive an email notification.
Teammates/Maintenance Personnel
If any team members or maintenance personnel are connected, they will also receive an email notification.
Tenants
When the status of a maintenance request is updated, tenants are automatically sent a push notification. If you need to inform the tenant of additional updates (i.e., "Maintenance coming on Tuesday, 12pm"), you can send your tenant a chat message or a notification (email/in-app message)!
