Sometimes, you may need to create a maintenance request manually. For instance, you may want to post any issues that need to be addressed before listing the property after doing a walkthrough. Alternatively, you may want to create a request on behalf of the tenants. Here's how you can do it:

Click the + icon next to the Maintenance card from the dashboard
Select the unit and property for the repair request and click Continue
Enter the details of the issue and click Save and Continue
Upload your video of the issue or add expense information and click Save Changes
That's it! Your manual maintenance request has been completed! 🎉
