You can now create a maintenance request for Latchel with *no* tenants attached to a unit. This can be useful if you're getting a vacant property prepared for occupancy!

Or follow the instructions below:
From your RentRedi dashboard, click the "+" icon on the Maintenance tab
Select the property and unit for which you would like to create a new maintenance request
Click the "Continue" button
Input a description of the issue and Latchel vendor access instructions
Note: if you select "Allow vendor access with specific instructions" you will be able to add instructions before submitting the request
Click the "Save & Continue" button
Done! 🎉
You can check the maintenance request page to see the updated status of the issue from Latchel!
