Revert Accepted/Rejected Applications Back to Pending

Accidentally accepted or rejected a prequalification or application?

No worries! You can easily revert it back to Pending.

  1. From your RentRedi Dashboard, click the ❯❯ (Expand sidebar) button at the top left.

  2. Go to Leasing → select Prequalifications or Applications.

  3. Open the Rejected tab and select the prequalification or application.

  4. Click More → Revert to Pending.

Done! ✅ The application or prequalification is now back to Pending.
