Typically, if you mark an application as incomplete (i.e., "Request Update"), you will not be able to change the status again until the tenant resubmits.

The tenant can resubmit the application by doing the following:

  1. From the tenant RentRedi app, tap "Apply"

  2. Tap on the application and click "Edit"

  3. (optional) Tap "1. Enter information" to update any information (all of your prior info is saved so you never have to enter the same thing twice! πŸŽ‰)

  4. Tap "3. Send" and follow the prompts to submit

If the tenant previously submitted a screening payment, they will not be asked to resubmit payment again!

They just need to make sure to "edit" the incomplete application instead of starting a new application. 😊
