Landlord Steps:
If your tenant submitted an application and then uploaded supporting documents, you will need to select "Request Update" on the application.
Select the application you would like to update
Click Request Update
Once you select the Request Update option, the applicant can resubmit the application with the updated information or documents. π
This is done specifically for your protection to ensure that the information submitted to a landlord isn't suddenly changed or updated without your knowledge, particularly for legal purposes.
Tenant Notification:
The tenant should receive an email notifying them of the requested changes, but you can always still reach out via phone or text.
Tenant steps:
Login back to the app and tap Apply
Go to the application that has Changes Requested and tap on the Edit button
βMake any of the necessary changes that were outlined in the email notification that was sent to you.
Once all the changes are completed, resubmit the application.
Your landlord will automatically be notified when you resubmit.
