If your tenant submitted an application and then uploaded supporting documents, you will need to select "Request Update" on the application.

  1. Select the application you would like to update

  2. Click "Request Update"

  3. Once you select the "Request Update" option, it will allow the applicant to resubmit the application with the information or documents they updated.  😊

This is done specifically for your protection to ensure that the information submitted to a landlord isn't suddenly changed or updated without your knowing, especially for legal purposes.
